grrr

Proteomics prac is tough

I spent the last 3 hours plus plus doing it and im getting nowhere! I even asked Youmin, but she forget already.

Okay im gonna talk about science related stuffs. so you non sciencey ppl probably won't understand, its okay, no biggie. Maybe i try to explain abit

Its been so freaking long since I've done molecular work. and usually i use a 5mL pipette to do my attachment and FYP. so bloody used to it. sigh.

Today experiment requires super super little amount of sample, like a grand total of 20 mirco liter? (1mL = 1000 micro liter) and i seriously dunno which pipette to use so i anyhow take one, a p20 pipette.

turns out that i need to use a p10 one (im not gonna explain why) and i had to redo the entire sample. because 80% of my grade for that practical comes from the results. sigh. worse is, all the prac are linked and if prac 1 is screwed, the rest of the pracs, like 12 in total,. are screwed.

*cue horror music*

anyway i tot sinteck will get mad at me, but he didnt so i redo it. luckily the results desired was achieved.

but then sinteck's didnt. and i cant get mad at him because he didnt get mad at me when i screwed it up. so yeah. no hard feelings! (pair work)

as for the questions. I am damn determined to get it correct! If some nonsense girl who wrote obvious + redundant stuffs can get 6/6. im sure i can too. grrrr...

im gonna seek help fm my lab. im sure there are ppl who know, right? im thinking carol or daphne!

Its end of week 1 and 4.5 more months and im out of ngee ann, provided that i dun fail any modules. 3 years pass so fast.

tomorrow is saturday, or rather today is saturday. i have absolutely no plans. People are all busy dating one another. grrr

Dont say i dont have a life. just that im not living it!
